Roth Accelerator (roth30.com) (the "Site") is operated by Yields for You, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a registered investment advisor in the State of New York. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site and its interactive tools, and how we use and share it. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you ask questions in the chat, use the calculators, create an account, or request emailed results, we collect what you provide — for example your email address, your first name (optional), the questions and figures you enter (such as account balances, ages, filing status, and income), and the messages you send us. These figures are illustrative inputs you choose to share. You are never required to enter real account numbers, your Social Security number, passwords, or other sensitive identifiers, and you should not enter them.

Information collected automatically. Standard web and server information — such as browser type, operating system, device, IP address, referring pages, and pages viewed — is gathered to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage, and support advertising. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and run the calculators;
• To create and maintain your account and remember your conversations;
• To email you the results you request, service updates, and — only if you opt in — marketing messages you can unsubscribe from at any time;
• To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site; and
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

Service providers we share information with

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Site, and we share information with them only as needed to provide the service:

• Supabase — account authentication and database (stores your account, your messages, and the inputs you enter).
• Google — "Sign in with Google" (only if you choose it) and Google Analytics for usage measurement.
• Stripe — payment processing if you purchase a subscription. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not store your full card number.
• Meta (Facebook) — the Meta Pixel, which measures ad performance and supports advertising and retargeting.
• Postmark — delivery of transactional and requested emails.
• An AI model provider — to generate answers to your questions in the chat. Please do not enter information you would not want processed by an AI service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests by public authorities, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies to keep you logged in and to remember preferences, and uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand usage and measure advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features of the Site may not work properly if you do. You can also limit interest-based advertising through your Google Ads settings and your Meta (Facebook) ad preferences.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such message. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the details below; signed-in users can also export their data from account settings. Depending on where you live (for example, California and certain other states), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the current policy.
